At KOURTCRAFT, we take pride in the quality and performance of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. Every item is carefully inspected before it leaves our hands, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make with us.
If you encounter any issues with your order, we’re here to help resolve them promptly. To ensure a smooth experience for all our customers and uphold the integrity of our products, we follow a few clear and fair return guidelines. These policies are designed to protect both you and the quality standards we stand by.
Eligible Returns
Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- The product was received damaged or defective
- You received an incorrect item in your order
In such cases, please contact us at pickleball@kourtcraft.com within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include your order number and clear photographs of the issue to help us process your request efficiently.
Once your claim is verified, we will offer either a replacement or full store credit, based on your preference and product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
To uphold product hygiene, safety, and quality standards, we do not accept returns in the following cases:
- The item is not damaged and was delivered as ordered
- The seal around the paddle face or grip has been removed or tampered with
- The following items are non-returnable unless received in a damaged condition:
- Pickleballs
- Grips
- Carbon Erasers
We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect their items upon delivery and prior to unsealing or using them.
